If you wish to change the color of the glitter on your tumbler, you can type it in the glitter color box. Only two (main- pink and gold) colors of glitter are allowed to change for this design. IF THE GLITTER COLOR BOX IS LEFT EMPTY, THE TUMBLER WILL BE MADE EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE ON THIS LISTING.

• Do NOT drop. Epoxy is a glasslike object and may shatter if dropped.

• Do not microwave or leave soaking in water

• Flair by Jesik's custom made items can be recreated; however, not duplicated, meaning that two items will never be identical.
• All custom handmade items are prone to slight imperfections. Flair by Jesik will not accept any returns due to any minor flaws. 
• Changes to an order or shipping address can not be modified after the order has been placed. Please make sure that you carefully verify your order details and shipping address when placing/submitting an order.
• Customers are responsible for paying the flat rate shipping fee. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Once the item leaves my possession, I have no control over a lost item, damaged item, or delivery delay.  
• All Sales are final.  Returns/Exchanges/Cancelations are not accepted. 
• If a mistake or error is made on my behalf, customers have a 24-hour time period after the order was delivered to contact Flair by Jesik.  If contact is made within 24 hours of delivery, I will fix the item at no charge to you; however,  the customer is responsible to ship the item to me. 
• Flair by Jesik customers are provided with care instructions for all items. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the care instructions and provide the best care for their goods. Flair by Jesik is not responsible for the wear and tear of items. 
• By agreeing to purchase an item, customers must be aware of the following current turnaround times of products:
• Pens - 28 to 35 days (not counting weekends)
• Tumblers - 35 to 42 days (not counting weekends)
• T-Shirts - 28 to 35 days (not counting weekends)
• Lastly, the RTS (Ready to Ship) items are usually shipped in 3-5 business days.
• Turn Around Time rarely but may be subject to change.
